GHRP-6
Mechanism.
GHRP-6 is a synthetic hexapeptide and one of the earliest discovered growth hormone secretagogues. It stimulates GH release from the pituitary by activating the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a). GHRP-6 is notable for causing a strong increase in appetite (via ghrelin pathway activation) and has been studied for GH deficiency diagnostics, wound healing, and cardioprotection.
GHRP-6 works like pressing the gas pedal on your growth hormone engine while also opening the fuel intake valve — it boosts GH output and simultaneously increases your appetite so your body has the raw materials to build and repair.
How it's taken.
Values below describe how GHRP-6 has been administered in published trials and labeling. Provided for educational purposes only — this is not medical advice and not instructions for self-administration. Consult your healthcare provider before making any health decision.
Ghrelin mimetic and GH secretagogue. Produces strong hunger response. Often combined with GHRH analogue (CJC-1295) for synergistic GH release. Not FDA-approved.
